Quuik Shipping & Refund Policy

Quuik is a mobile marketplace platform and/or digital business platform where businesses list their products and services, and directly provide these products and services directly to the consumers. All shipping will be processed and completed by our registered merchants and shipping partners who have API integrated with our platform, and shall abide by Quuik Shipping Policy.

1. GENERAL POLICIES      

Items represented on this mobile platform constitute only an offer to sell. After you have placed an order online and made the payment, the sale is not complete until the merchant has accepted and processed the order. Payment from you will be withhold by Quuik and will only be released to merchant once you have confirmed receive of the order,

All items shown and offered on this mobile marketplace platform are believed to be in stock; however. You will be notified via email or direct notification through the platform if the status of your order is back-ordered. If your order is time sensitive, please include a note in the comments field on the order confirmation page, or directly contacting the merchant through the chat feature available in Quuik App.

2. HOW DO WE SHIP?

Most of our merchants are offered a selection of delivery carriers when placing your orders. Depending on the type of items you are purchasing, you will be offered with Express Delivery, Courier Delivery, Self-Pickup and Services options.

We work with courier partners who are able to deliver to your doorsteps within the country or crossing borders.

        

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

You must provide complete shipping address with postal code during checkout at Quuik Marketplace platform. You will be provided with shipping options depending on the items that you had purchased. Shipping charges will be displayed and to be added to your order during checkout.

4. WHEN DOES THE MERCHANT SHIP MY ORDER?

All orders will be processed as according to individual merchant’s shipping commitment time. Depending on the type of items you had purchased, some items can be shipped almost immediately while some may take more than a day to process. Please refer to the table below for shipping process timeline.


5. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will be notified by Quuik Mobile App once your order is shipped. Tracking of your shipment is possible by using the Quuik Mobile App (for Express Delivery), and tracking number or airway bill (AWB) number which can be retrieved at Quuik Mobile App.

6. CUSTOMER SHOPPING PROTECTION POLICY

To ensure pleasant shopping experience using Quuik App and as part of our effort to protect our customers against any online fraud, all transactions performed using Quuik App will not be completed until orders are officially delivered to customers. All payments made by customers when placing orders in Quuik App will be hold until the orders are confirmed receive by customers before releasing such payments to Merchants.  Such order completion will be captured digitally by Quuik App and accepted by Quuik based on the following scenarios.


6.1 CONFIRMATION OF ORDER RECEIVED BY CUSTOMERS

Customers are given a limited timeframe to confirm the order received upon delivery by Quuik Express Team and our shipping partners. Such confirmation by customer can be carried out by clicking on the “Order Received/Completed” button at My Order tab.


It is understood by customer that once the “Order Received/Complered” button is selected, Quuik will deemed such order as completed and payment due with regards to such order will be released and paid to Merchant. Any order dispute or whatsoever afterwards will not be entertained. You are allowed to confirm receiving your order within the given time frame based on the types of order you had placed. Please refer to below table for more info.



If you do not confirm your order received within the given timeframe and based on the shipping partner status updated by seller or courier service, the system will automatically update the order status as Order Completed. Such status is deemed as order received by customer without any feedback and no dispute shall be filed (if any) thereafter.


6.2 CONFIRMATION OF GOODS DELIVERED BY 3RD PARTY SHIPPING PARTNERS

Quuik shipping, courier and/or delivery partners operate on their logistic delivery system will be integrated with Quuik App logistic system. Order Delivered Confirmation will be updated to Quuik App once the orders are delivered.


7. REFUND POLICY

We do not accept refund once order is placed. If you have received an incorrect item, defective items and/or items which are not within your satisfactory, returns need to be made as vendor will be making a correct replacement of the item. Shipping fee to return the item and redeliver to customer will be borne by vendor. You may contact the merchant directly through the Chat system available on Quuik Mobile App. For further assistance, you may contact our Customer Care Team at customer.care@quuik.com.my , or through the Online Chat available at Quuik Mobile App. 

8. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OUR PRIORITY

At Quuik, Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We always ensure that our merchants sell and supply quality products and services to you. In the event that you are not satisfied with the products or services that you had purchased at Quuik App, we would like you to file a complaint with us by completing the Customer Complaint form in Quuik App Dashboard or email to us at customer.care@quuik.com.my. Please include the order number in your email.

Our Customer Care Team will investigate your complaint and shall revert to you with 7-14 working days.

9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT

Depending on the types of item which do not have short shelf life or considered as dangerous goods which are not within the items to be couriered outside of the country (Malaysia). The international shipping cost will be shown during your checkout process. 

10. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

All International Shipments might be subjected to customs duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at destination countries. Those fees are not included in your order at Quuik and shall be borne by you. It is your responsibility to pay for those fees to your government at the country that you reside.
